Arsenal'stransfer plans are in full swing as they aim to get their squad ready for the start of the 2025/26 Premier League season.
The Gunners have already completed three deals already this summer as Mikel Arteta looks to build a squad capable of challenging for the Premier League and Champions League next term. Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard have all been signed by Arsenal and there is the prospect of more to come.
Chelseastar Noni Madueke, Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera and Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze have all been linked with moves to Arsenal this summer. Not to mention, the Gunners are also pursuing a deal to bring Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres to the Emirates Stadium.

It's clear that Arsenalare not standing still on the transfer market this summer as they look to address several areas of the squad. But there is one position in the squad that may be worth a look at when it comes to bringing in new signings.
Even though Arsenal have added Zubimendi and Norgaard to their midfield ranks, there is still arguably a lack of creativity in the squad in the middle of the park. Martin Odegaard is tasked with providing a large number of passes to the forward line - so too is Declan Rice.
It could be argued that Arsenal are lacking another creative player in their midfield who could either partner Odegaard behind a centre forward, or work as the Gunner captain's back-up when required.
Who would fit the bill to occupy that role remains to be seen. Eze is capable of playing in that position, but would likely want to be a regular starter, which may not be possible given Odegaard is likely to remain first-choice for next season.
Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White is another player who can occupy that position. However, the playmaker is a target for Tottenham Hotspur and could be set to complete a £60million move if his release clause is activated.
Whoever Arsenal may look to bring in to play in a No.10 role, either to support Odegaard or potentially play slightly deeper behind the No.10 position, remains to be seen.
If it goes on to be a role in the squad that the Gunners look to address, there are likely to be several candidates across Europe and the world who could do a job for Arteta next term.
