Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has completed a £28million move to Everton to become the ninth player to depart Stamford Bridge on a permanent deal so far this summer.
Dewsbury-Hall followed Enzo Maresca from Leicester City to Chelsea in a £30million deal last summer.
But just one year later the midfielder is moving on, completing a deal worth an initial £24million with David Moyes' Everton side. The transfer could rise to £28million with add-ons.

The 24-year-old struggled to make an impact in the Chelsea team last season, despite having been a favourite with Maresca while both were at the King Power Stadium.
Dewsbury-Hall made just two Premier League starts, with the majority of his appearances coming in the triumphant UEFA Conference League campaign. However, even then, he had started 11 of Chelsea's 12 Conference League matches in the lead-up to the final, before only coming on for the final ten minutes of that final against Real Betis.
A statement on Chelsea's official website read: "Dewsbury-Hall leaves Chelsea as a European and world champion, having been part of the group that won the Conference League and Club World Cup trophy.
"We thank Kiernan for his efforts throughout his time at Chelsea and wish him well as he begins a new chapter in his career."
Speaking to Evertontv, Dewsbury-Hall made it clear he had a point to prove, following his disappointing Chelsea spell.
He said: "I'm honestly very excited, my family's excited. There's a real buzz about this. It feels right for me. So just that alone gives me the motivation and the extra determination to show everybody, to prove a point and have a really successful time here."
