Apple's online store down hours before pre-order for iPhone 17 begins

Apple’s online store is temporarily down hours before the iPhone 17 series pre-orders begin on Friday, TOI reported. The company will start accepting orders for the Apple iPhone 17 series from 5:30 pm.

“We love that early energy. Almost ready for you. Pre-order begins at 5:30 PM IST. See you soon,” reads the Apple store website.

The iPhone 17 comes in four variations, including iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Apple has introduced a new camera design with the new iPhone models along with features such as 120Hz refresh rate, 48MP Fusion camera and Ceramic back across the lineup.


How to pre-order iPhone 17 series?
Interested people can pre-book their choice of iPhone 17 phone via Apple India Store in addition to Flipkart, Amazon India, and Reliance Digital. These platforms also offer bank deals, cashbacks and exchange offers.

Apart from Amazon, other e-commerce sites, including Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Croma, and Vijay Sales, have all listed the phone as coming soon.

To pre-book, follow the steps below:

• Visit the Apple India website or your preferred platform.
• Select the model: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, or iPhone 17 Pro Max.
• Choose your preferred storage and colour.
• Add the device to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Complete the payment via UPI, credit/debit card, or EMI.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details once the pre-order is successful.
