Ingredients required
1 1/2 cup coconut water
1.2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method
Simply add chia seeds to the coconut water. Cover it and let it rest overnight. Next morning, stir, and add lemon juice and drink it.
