If you also want to try Korean snacks, then a light and crispy Korean-style pancake is the perfect option in the monsoon. This is a quick snack that will give you the taste of street food. Korean pancake is called Pajeon, and you can make it with or without vegetables. The special thing about it is that it is pan-fried and becomes crispy in very little oil.
Ingredients to make Korean pancakes
One cup all-purpose flour
Two tablespoons of rice flour
Half a cup of finely chopped green onions
Finely chopped carrots, capsicum, cabbage
Two cloves of grated garlic
Salt
One tablespoon soy sauce
One cup of water to make the batter
Refined oil, oil, or ghee for frying
How to make Korean pancakes?
Step 1- Make a thin batter by adding all-purpose flour, rice flour, salt and water in a bowl.
Step 2- Add all the chopped vegetables, garlic and soy sauce to it.
Step 3- Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil.

Step 4- Now pour the batter into the pan and spread it a little with a spoon, like you spread cheela or dosa.
Step 5- Fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Step 6- Serve hot with chutney or hot sauce.
