Bargain Hunt's resident expert Philip Serrell has shared some lovely personal news that has his fans beaming with joy. The beloved TV personality, known for his roles on Flog It! and Antiques Road Trip, excitedly took to social media to update his followers on a touching milestone in his family life.
Philip announced the delightful news that his daughter Clementine, whom he shares with his partner Briony, is engaged to be married after her beau Jorgen Deal proposed. A proud father, Philip posted an image of the elegant wedding invitation which stated: "The pleasure of your company is requested at the wedding of Clementine Serrell and Jorgen Deal."

Not missing the chance for a bit of humour, Philip joked about the future expenses of the wedding, captioning his post with: "I can see this proving costly...", reports .
Followers of the Bargain Hunt star quickly poured into the comments section of his post, offering hearty congratulations to the couple.
With warm messages ranging from wishes for happiness to anticipations of joyful tears, his 40,000-strong following expressed their support.
One fan wrote: "Congratulations Father of the Bride. Clementine excitedly revealed her engagement on social media last year, posting a snap of her dazzling engagement ring.
"Well, I wasn't expecting that," she wrote alongside the April 2024 photo with her betrothed.
Her fiancé Philip is known for his expertise in auctions and antiques, having previously pursued a career in teaching. He later transitioned to the livestock trade before becoming a chartered surveyor in 1988, with a focus on fine art and antiques.
Beyond his television appearances, Philip runs his own auctioneering and valuations business in Worcester and operates a salesroom in Great Malvern.
