'Iron Mike' is scheduled to make his sensational return to the ring next month against 'The Problem Child' - who is 31 years his junior. The 58-year-old hasn't fought a professional contest since losing to Kevin McBride back in 2005. That said, he did step foot in the squared-circle against Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition showdown four years ago.

The clash between the two stars is scheduled to take place . The pair were due to go glove-to-glove earlier this year, however, Tyson was in July after suffering an ulcer flare up.

Since making his professional debut back in 2020, Paul has competed fairly regularly in the ring. With a record of 10-1, the 27-year-old has defeated the likes of Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz. His only defeat in the sport came last year.

Fans have feared for Tyson's health heading into the heavyweight showdown and have slammed the decision to still go ahead with the contest. Those concerns have only been heightened after a few individuals spotted something wrong with 'Iron Mike's' recent footage. One user commented: "Hope right knee is holding. Is it an injury?" In the clip, the 58-year-old can be seen hitting a heavy bag before sparring a training partner. However, in the short post, the former heavyweight champion can be seen wearing a knee support on his right knee - potentially implying that he may be suffering with a slight issue just a few weeks before fight night.

However, it appears that wasn't the only issue with the clip. One user wrote: "I think I know why there are so many jump cuts. You are going to be gassed in 20 seconds." Another commented: "I'm starting to think that dudes in some serious trouble. Hope his insurance is paid up. All that money will buy a nice wheelchair." A third posted: "We see these 10 second clips of furious power and speed …. It’s the 15mins of recovery afterwards we don’t see. Silly fight, with silly caveats in the contract to make it last but as well all know … money ru(i)ns this world now." A fourth wrote: "I’ve yet to see 2 min of straight action lol."

While Paul has regularly taken to social media during fight camp, Tyson has remained firm and switched on ahead of the contest. The 58-year-old recently issued a severe warning to his upcoming opponent. At a recent LF* GO! press conference, 'Iron Mike' sent a message to 'The Problem Child.' When asked what he promises to bring to the fight, Tyson answered: "A lot of pain."

With just weeks to go until the fight, there are a few fans who believe the 58-year-old isn't taking the fight seriously. During a recent chat with Jimmy Kimmel, 'Iron Mike' claimed he was training six hours a day. "I am training extremely hard, I do six hours a day. I start at 11am and might leave the gym at 5pm," he said. Kimmel looked stunned and replied: "Oh no. 11am? So that's six hours straight, or is there a lunch break?" The former heavyweight champion admitted there was a small break as a shocked Kimmel gasped: "Oh no."
