Dunelm shoppers haven't been able to hide their love for a bargain hot water bottle that's huge compared to 'normal' ones. The super long version costs just £14 and people love it for warming up in the winter or for soothing "aches and pains."
The Teddy Bear Charcoal Long Hot Water Bottle stretches out to an incredible 2.5ft long (77cm). Dunelm bosses claim that it is a great option to "keep you warm and cosy this winter" that comes with a "simple yet stylish finish."
Hot water bottles do have an expiry date, so it could be time to upgrade to one that people are claiming can help a variety of uncomfortable problems. Dunelm shoppers have used this extra-long bottle to tackle neck, back and shoulder aches as well as being perfect to wrap around your waist and stomach for period pains.
There are similar options available to buy elsewhere, such as Debenhams, which is selling the Nicola Spring Knitted Long Hot Water Bottle and Cover for £10.49. It is slightly shorter than Dunelm's, measuring at 72cm, but offers " maximum flexibility" and a knitted cover that "will feel every bit as cosy as your favourite winter cardigan".
Elsewhere, shoppers can grab an iMedic 2L Extra Long Hot Water Bottle With Luxury Cover from Amazon. It starts from £16.99 and offers a "simple and effective method to warm up beds or soothe sore muscles".
Over 140 shoppers gave the Long Hot Water Bottle a glowing five-star review, with some suggesting it was perfect for reaching specific aches and pains. Others using it to get their beds warm in the winter claimed it saved so much time because of its impressive size.
One wrote: "Great water bottle that can be used easily to either warm you up or ease aches and pains. Much better to use than a normal-shaped water bottle and nice and fluffy cover."
Another said: "I had a sore neck and shoulders, this was perfect to help relieve my pain. Good for period pain too as you can wrap it around your stomach and back."

A third put: "Lovely hot water bottle, so soft. I've used it every day since I got it." Someone else said: "Snuggly, long and flexible enough to be used for sore backs, shoulders or knees, as well as warming far more of the bed than a conventional shaped hot water bottle."
But, not all of the reviews were so positive and a few had complaints. One Dunelm shopper said: "Purchased the long hot water bottle along with two matching hot water bottles. Within 2 weeks of using these, all three have leaked."
Another warned: "Not as wide or fluffy as some I've seen." And, one more claimed: "Fantastic bottle, however the cover doesn’t stay fluffy for long."
Others continued to praise the product. One person posted: "Perfect to cuddle or help ease aches and pains because of the length. The cover is lovely and soft. Recommend."
