Liverpool have had to wait five years between their 19th and 20th top-flight titles, but the Reds have finally done it. men have topped the table pretty much from start to finish, and now they have officially been crowned champions.
While some players have made bigger impacts than others, it has been very much a team effort. Fringe players have pulled their weight in key moments, but the starting line-up has been relatively settled throughout - so much so that questions are already being asked about the need for greater depth next term.
Here at Mirror Football we have given ratings out of 10 for every player to have featured in more than half of this season's league games. That's not to say those with fewer appearances don't deserve an honourable mention.
played an important part across his 20 games in all competitions, not least against in the . Harvey Elliott also had a memorable evening in Europe against , while the likes of Joe Gomez, Wataru Endo, Jarell Quansah and Kostas Tsimikas have stood up when called upon.
Our main focus, however, is the players who played the biggest part in Liverpool's title triumph. Here, without further ado, are our ratings for the season.

Alisson 8Liverpool's goalkeeper has missed games through injury this season, but reminded us of his quality when fit. The famous Champions League win in Paris was a prime example, even if things didn't end up going the Reds' way over two legs, while there were enough league moments to justify the praise thrown the Brazilian's way by team-mates over the years.
Virgil van Dijk 9Van Dijk turns 34 in the summer, and for many players that can be an age where performances begin to dip and you lose a yard of two. However, Liverpool's captain has been as valuable as ever.

The late winner at may well be the moment that stands out in end-of-season round-ups. On one of the rare occasions he did make a mistake - as with the Hammers' equaliser - he took matters into his own hands to make things right.
Ibrahima Konate 8It's strange to think Konate started the opening game against Ipswich from the bench, given his near ever-presence since. The Frenchman is out of contract in 2026, and his steadiness and dominance in one of the best defences in the league makes it imperative to keep him around.
Luis Diaz 8It might get overshadowed by Mohamed Salah's return (okay, it will get overshadowed) but Diaz has played a more than able supporting role in Liverpool's attack. The Colombian has shown his versatility with his performances as a number nine, and his level has remained high even as others' looks to have dropped off.
Dominik Szoboszlai 7Hungary captain Szoboszlai has shown his versatility for the Reds, predominantly featuring in midfield but occasionally offering another option in a front three. There's a case that a player of his talents should be providing more goals and assists, but greater squad depth next term should allow him to stay fresher and contribute more in that regard.
Darwin Nunez 6
Darwin Nunez would be the first to admit this season has been far from his best, and he could be gone in the summer. There have been some big contributions, though, not least with the late, match-winning brace against Brentford in January.
Alexis Mac Allister 8For the first half of the season, Mac Allister was making his case for the title of 'Liverpool's best performer not named '. The Reds' midfield balance has been hugely important this season, and the Argentine has been a big factor in that.
Mohamed Salah 10Where do we start? Okay, yes, probably with the goals and assist - the combined total of which in mid-April.
Salah has been untouchable this season, so much so that a new deal felt more urgent than ever. Put simply, Liverpool's title win would have been impossible without their leading man.
Curtis Jones 7At his best, Jones has shown enough to suggest he'd have made England's Euro 2024 squad without his untimely injury last season. He's also been an able stand-in at right-back on occasion, though it remains to be seen how Slot uses the academy talent next term.
Cody Gakpo 7It has been a season of two halves for Gakpo. Before , the Dutchman's goals were crucial when it came to giving Liverpool a strong lead at the top, but he hasn't been the same since his injury issues in February.
Diogo Jota 6Jota, like Gakpo has struggled in the second half of the season. If you're going to choose one goal to score during a tough run, though, a winner against would be high on the list.
Andy Robertson 6Liverpool's pursuit of a new left-back - most likely Milos Kerkez - tells you what you need to know about Robertson. The international was never going to maintain the stratospheric standards of his best Liverpool seasons, but this is the first year where the need for a succession plan has begun to look important.
Ryan Gravenberch 8At the start of the season, some wondered whether Liverpool's failure to land Martin Zubimendi would prove their undoing. Ryan Gravenberch made light of that idea and then some, reinventing himself as the midfield anchor the Reds didn't know was right in front of them.
Trent Alexander-Arnold 7
There have been some difficult days for Alexander-Arnold, not least at the height of the Real Madrid speculation. He's shown more than enough to prompt suggestions Liverpool need to replace him in the aggregate rather than expecting another specialist right-back to do the job on his own.
Arne Slot 9When Liverpool appointed and had a quiet summer in transfer terms, a few fans may well have told you they'd be happy with a repeat of last season's third-place finish. A league title is beyond the wildest dreams of many - even if it was helped by the chasing pack running into problems which are unlikely to return next term.
There are still some question marks, not least over recruitment and a reluctance to trust certain players. Make no mistake, though, a new manager's first season rarely goes this well at any club.
