Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen heartbroken as Clive makes tragic discovery on Ravenseat Farm

An upcoming repeat episode of Our Yorkshire Farm, airing on Saturday, will show Amanda Owen getting emotional after Clive Owen makes a heartbreaking discovery at Ravenseat Farm.

While taking her sheepdog Kate for a stroll, Amanda shared the sad news that Kate had delivered a stillborn puppy. Fortunately, Kate seemed to be in good health despite the tragic event.

A visibly moved Amanda explained to the camera: "Unfortunately, she is no longer in pup."

She went on to describe the circumstances surrounding the stillbirth: "Clive went to let her out at dinner time, and her puppy was there stillborn. I've got to say, she seems absolutely fine. There's never been any change in her mood, she's never been off her food, so she was never even ill."

Amanda continued: "I mean, it's a real mystery. The worst scenario would have been that we had a dead pup and a dead dog, which, to be quite honest with you, I was really worried about her, with her being older, an older mother," reports .

She expressed relief that Kate was still by her side: "So there was always a danger that, you know, we could have lost Kate, and that would have been an absolute disaster. So, as it stands, I've still got my sheepdog; I just haven't got a puppy."

In another dramatic turn of events, Amanda faced the possibility of losing one of her sheep during a difficult birth. Luckily, her children were on hand to assist, with Violet noticing that the lamb was not positioned correctly.

As Amanda asked Violet what she hoped to feel during the birth, Violet replied: "Two front feet and maybe a head."

However, when Violet revealed she could feel a tail, Amanda's expression changed to alarm. "That means its bottom is coming, and it can't come out like that," Amanda said, her voice laced with concern.

"That lamb has to go back, and we need to get two back legs," she explained, attempting to gently push the lamb back to ensure a safer delivery for the sheep.

"She's not very happy, is she? That feels like the foot of the other lamb. There are two lambs coming at the same time, and one is coming backward, and one is coming forward."

Violet pointed out the obvious issue, "That is a problem there," as Amanda carefully maneuvered one lamb back inside to make way for the other to emerge.

In the end, after successfully delivering both lambs, Amanda commended Violet's quick thinking: "I tell you something, Violet, that would have been dead if you hadn't have learned that."
