After being granted bail, he allegedly began stalking and trying to contact the woman, but she refused all communication. Enraged by the rejection and ongoing legal case, Ajubair plotted and executed the shooting, as he confessed during police interrogation. Surveillance and Swift ActionThe police used CCTV footage, technical surveillance, and social media tracking to trace and arrest the culprits. Authorities confirmed that Ajubair planned the attack as an act of revenge against the woman for filing the rape complaint.
Renewed Concerns About Victim SafetyThis brutal attack highlights the urgent need for stronger protection mechanisms for survivors of sexual assault, especially when the accused are released on bail. Legal experts and women’s rights groups are calling for swift justice and immediate reform to prevent such retaliatory crimes.
