Motivational speaker and business coach Dr. Vivek Bindra, along with his company Bada Business Pvt. Ltd., has received a major relief from the Supreme Court. The apex court dismissed all pending cases filed against him, effectively bringing an end to a long-drawn legal battle.

• The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) had investigated the allegations and found them baseless.

• Following this, the Supreme Court dismissed all cases.

• Several lower courts, including those in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Bihar, had already quashed the FIRs.

Allegations Against Bindra

For the past few years, Bindra and his company had faced multiple complaints across different states. The allegations included false promises of unusually high earnings through business projects. However, the court, after examining evidence and arguments, found no merit in the claims.
