Arne Slot doesn't appear to be getting carried away with Liverpool's prospects of becoming Premier League champions tomorrow, as he plans on spending the Bank Holiday in Holland after his side's clash against Leicester.
The Reds can wrap up the title this weekend with five matches remaining if Arsenal lose at Ipswich and they win at Leicester, who look set for the drop.
Even as Liverpool stand on the brink of equalling Manchester United's record of 20 league titles, Slot has admitted he hasn't even given it thought over how he'd celebrate. Instead, his intention is to spend two days with his family in Holland.
When quizzed on if he is planning to celebrate Premier League glory in his debut season at Anfield, he replied: "At this moment in time, nothing at all.
"I'm only thinking about trying to win a game of football against Leicester - and then we have two days off. So I will go back to Holland on Monday. That's what my life is.
"First, let's win on Sunday and see how things will work out. Right now, the plan is to go to Holland on Monday and Tuesday and be back here for Wednesday."
