GMB viewers 'switch off' just minutes into show as ITV flooded with complaints

Announcing they were switching GMB off, another declared: "Can't watch this again. BBC it is. Least it's UK news."

"Fed up to the back teeth of this now; bore off with all things Trump," fumed a fourth viewer as another shared: "FFS this is the UK, where's our news #gmb."

Susanna declared it had been an "absolute honour" covering the historic election with GMB viewers before announcing that their time in Washington DC had come to an end.

Richard, 68, revealed Susanna would be returning to hosting duties on Good Morning Britain on Monday (November 11).

During his election victory speech, Trump thanked his wife, , Vice President JD Vance and tech billionaire , among others.

"America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate," Trump said as he hailed Republican victory in the Senate.

"America's future will be bigger, better, bolder, richer, safer and stronger than it has ever been before," he promised the cheering crowd with his trademark grandiosity.

Trump has defied his critics and opponents, prosecutors and courts, and legions of political pundits and pollsters who swore that the presidential election race against Democratic candidate Vice President , aged 60, was too close to call.
