Chelsea have already been busy this summer, but there is clear room for improvement in the squad. The Blues bowed out of last season with success in the UEFA Conference League, and Enzo Maresca's side are now ready to battle it out for silverware on all fronts.
After already winning the race to sign Liam Delap from Ipswich Town, Chelsea have swooped to strike an agreement with Borussia Dortmund for Jamie Gittens too as part of their attacking rebuild. Further attacking signings cannot be ruled out at Stamford Bridge either, though the higher powers at the club have plenty to focus on over the next few months. Express Sport takes a look at how Chelsea can wrap up the transfer window in style...
Joao Pedro swap deal agreed
Brighton and Chelsea have conducted plenty of business between themselves in years gone by, and the latter will be hoping to strike another agreement. The Blues are among several sides keen to sign Pedro, and his versatility could be key for the club next season.
Brighton are holding out for a fee in excess of £60million for the Brazilian, but Chelsea could look to negotiate a lesser fee and kill two birds by including Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in negotiations. The Seagulls were interested in the midfielder previously, and his time at Chelsea already appears set to reach a sudden end.

Summer clear-out
Chelsea need to raise funds for their spending spree, and Dewsbury-Hall won't be the only star heading out of the Stamford Bridge exit. Christopher Nkunku, Djordje Petrovic, Ben Chilwell, Robert Sanchez and Armando Broja are among those who need to be offloaded.
The sales of Raheem Sterling, Axel Disasi, Carney Chukwuemeka and Renato Veiga must also be prioritised following their respective loan spells away from the club.
Impressive Liverpool hijack
After it became clear that Jarrell Quansah was Bayer Leverkusen-bound, Liverpool set their sights on Crystal Palace star Marc Guehi. The England international is heading into the final year of his contract at Selhurst Park and a big-money move beckons.
Chelsea could throw a spanner into the works though by making a move for their ex-academy graduate. The Blues have been credited with holding an interest in re-signing Guehi previously, and the 24-year-old would inject leadership into Maresca's inexperienced dressing room.
