The team behind Amanda Owen's new Channel 4 programme Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids issued an emotional statement that had fans rushing to comment after Amanda reunited with her estranged husband Clive and their nine children following the success of Channel 5's Our Yorkshire Farm.
Now production company Wise Owl Films, which is behind the show, has taken to social media to share some huge news. They wrote: "Out-performing the slot average by more than FOUR times, Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids is More4's highest-rated series since the start of 2024. And now series two is getting a re-run on Channel 4, starting tomorrow.
"With such a remote location - and the weather so unpredictable - giving the Owens a camera turned out to be a very good decision - they have proved brilliant at capturing their day-to-day lives when we're not around, from waking up on Christmas Day to getting stuck in a snow drift. This has made it an even more personal and intimate series than we ever dreamt it could be.
"As filming continues, 7Up and Hannah Hauxwell's Too Long A Winter have been an influence for us on the pace and tone of a series that is about many things on top of the renovation of a dilapidated farmhouse - including growing up, growing older, succession and the future.
"Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive & Kids - series two repeated on Saturdays on Channel 4, starting 6.30pm tomorrow," it concluded.
Fans rushed to comment on the post, which included snaps of Amanda with her children on the Yorkshire farm, which she has hinted at leaving soon. One said: "Love this programme, one great family with true family values!"
While another chimed in: "This programme is brilliant, we need more like this." A third fan echoed: "Love this family and the programmes are fantastic. Just need to see how they renovated their new house and see the finished product!"
