is reportedly returning with three new stars at the helm. The motoring series first aired in 2016 and followed Jeremy Clarkson, and as they drove vehicles from manufacturers around the world. The final episode, One for the Road, which aired in September 2024, marked the conclusion of Clarkson, Hammond and May's 22-year working partnership, which began with Top Gear.
It was confirmed that Prime would be continuing with the series, and now the three new hosts have been revealed, reports . Leading the new series will be Thomas Holland and James Engelsman, the hosts of the YouTube channel Throttle House, which has more than 3.2 million subscribers. They will be joined by social media star Francis Bourgeois, a famous trainspotter.

A source told the publication: "Thomas and James are as knowledgeable about motors as Jeremy, Richard and James - the only difference is they're younger, cooler and a lot more social media savvy. Francis became famous for his love of trainspotting and will be bringing his humour to the show."
Holland launched the YouTube channel in 2015 "out of boredom" before Engelsman joined three years later. Meanwhile, Bourgeois, real name Luke Magnus Nicolson, went viral with his trainspotting videos in 2021 and now boasts more than 2.4 million followers on .
Clarkson, 65, Hammond, 55, and May, 62, bid farewell to The Grand tour because they felt they had "exhausted the idea thoroughly" since it first hit screens almost 10 years ago.
"It's sort of sad, and I know people are sad that it's over, but it couldn't go on forever and we're all getting on a bit," May told Yahoo UK. "And we exhausted the idea fairly thoroughly, I think, so it's like we quietly put it to one side rather than destroy it."

Despite fears the programme would end permanently, Hammond said Prime Video would carry on the show with new faces at the helm.
In a conversation with Metro.co.uk, he stated: "It will be carrying on. The Grand Tour continues. We're stepping away as the hosts, but Prime will be continuing it. So I can't wait to sit on my own chair and watch somebody else do it. That's amazing."
The presenter admitted his ignorance about who the new presenters would be, but emphasised: "If you're making any show that at its heart has a subject, whether it's cooking, dancing or cars, the hosts, the primary makers of it, have to have that passion in their heart. And we always did."
Express.co.uk has contacted The Grand Tour representatives for comment.
