developer NetEase is getting another big update on , Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The latest Marvel Rivals update reimagines a major feature of the game, splitting the emote and spray functions into separate wheels with dedicated hotkeys for swapping between the two.
Players will be able to equip a spray to the spray wheel and share it across all heroes. Likewise, a new quick-equip feature lets users automatically add newly acquired emotes to the wheel.
The news was announced by NetEase on X, alongside confirmation that no server downtime is required.
"We've reimagined the emote and spray wheel, implemented a new quick equip for emotes, and tweaked a few minor bugs to make your overall game experience run more smoothly," NetEase explains.
"No server downtime! Simply update your game client and continue your heroic journey! We have plenty more surprises in the works, stay tuned to our official announcements for more information!"
In addition to the new features and bug fixes, NetEase is about to add two new cosmetic bundles to the game.
The Rocket Raccoon and Squirrel Girl Sunshine bundles will be available at 3am BST UK time on May 9. That's 7pm PDT on May 8 for fans living in the US.
