In the October 17 episode, Avinash Mishra's alleged eviction from the Bigg Boss 18 house was a hard blow on his good friend Alice Kaushik. The actress broke down in tears which led to her suffering a panic attack. While many sympathised with her, she received a brutal criticism from ex-Bigg Boss contestant Manu Punjabi, who mocked her panic attack on the show. However, Alice's boyfriend Kanwar Dhillon gave it back to Manu in an apt way. Taking to Instagram, Dhillon schooled Punjabi on the importance of mental health awareness.

They could evict someone or send two contestants to jail. Everyone agreed on the second option, however, after a tiff between Avinash and Chum, everyone collectively decided to evict the former. Soon after, Avinash’s bestfriends in the house, Eisha and Alice, were seen breaking down in tears. Eisha said that she also wanted togo out of the Bigg Boss house with Avinash. On the other hand, Alice had a major panic attack. The actress was then instantly called in the medical room.
Avinash was eventually called back in the house and put in the jail. He was also given control over ration in the house.
