NEW DELHI: A government school teacher in Maharashtra's Jalna district is facing disciplinary action after a video showing him sleeping in a classroom went viral on Friday, news agency PTI reported.
The incident occurred at a Marathi medium zilla parishad school in Gadegavan village, located in Jafrabad tehsil. The school caters to students from Class I to V.
In the widely shared video, teacher VK Munde is seen reclining with his leg resting on a desk, while around 15 to 17 students sit quietly nearby.
