ULHASNAGAR: The Ulhasnagar BJP on Saturday organised a Tiranga Yatra in support of Operation Sindoor by the Indian Army. Citizens who took part in the yatra were seen waving the national flag in solidarity with the Indian armed forces.
People of all ages, including youth, senior citizens, women, and ex-servicemen, joined the event to express their unwavering respect and support.
During the event, BJP leaders praised the courage, discipline, and sacrifice of the Indian Army, calling it the nation’s true strength.
The Tiranga Yatra was organised under the leadership of BJP’s Ulhasnagar District President Rajesh Vadhrya and BJP MLA Kumar Ailani.
The yatra began from BJP’s Ulhasnagar office, proceeded to Nehru Chowk from Gol Maidan, and concluded at the BJP office.
Vadhrya said, “Under Operation Sindoor, the Army targeted and destroyed multiple terrorist hideouts operating within Pakistan. The operation was not just a military success, but also a symbol of national pride and self-respect.”
BJP MLA Kumar Ailani stated, “The Tiranga Yatra stood as a powerful message that the Indian public stands firmly behind its Army and is ready to face any threat to national security.”
Apart from BJP leaders Jamanu Purswani, Deepak Chhatlani, Amit Wadhwa, Lal Punjabi, and Mannu Gareeb, hundreds of people participated in the Tiranga Yatra.
