AP Intermediate Results 2025: The Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) results for 2025 were officially announced, showcasing impressive student performance across the state. This year, 70% of first-year students and 83% of second-year students cleared their examinations, marking the highest pass percentage in a decade. Government Junior Colleges (GJCs) also saw notable improvements, with a second-year pass percentage of 69% and a first-year pass percentage of 47%.
While the results are certainly a cause for celebration, there are still students who may not have passed or wish to improve their marks. For these students, the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has outlined the supplementary exam dates and procedures for recounting and re-verification of answer sheets.
Supplementary Exam Dates Announced for 2025
The Board has officially set the dates for the supplementary exams, providing students an opportunity to clear their failed subjects or improve their marks. The IPASE May 2025 theory exams will be conducted from 12th May 2025 to 20th May 2025, with two sessions daily: from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. This gives students a second chance to appear for their failed subjects.
In addition to the theory exams, the IPASE Practical Examinations will take place from 28th May 2025 to 1st June 2025 at the district headquarters. These exams will give students who wish to improve their practical skills another opportunity to do so.
Recounting and Re-verification of Answer Scripts
For students who may feel that their answers have been incorrectly valued or graded, the Board has provided the option for Recounting (RC) and Re-verification (RV). This gives students an opportunity to apply for a recounting of their answer sheets and even request scanned copies of their answer scripts for re-verification.
The application period for Recounting and Re-verification is from 13th April 2025 to 22nd April 2025. It’s essential for students to ensure that they apply within this timeframe, as no requests will be entertained after the deadline. The Board has emphasized that while all efforts have been made to ensure accurate evaluation of the papers, this provision is made to address any concerns regarding valuation errors.
Examination Fee Payment for Supplementary Exams
Students planning to appear for the IPASE 2025 supplementary exams are required to pay their examination fees at the college level between 15th April 2025 and 22nd April 2025. Colleges will assist students with the fee payment process, ensuring that those who wish to take the exams can do so without any issues.
With the added support of recounting and re-verification services, students now have ample chances to address any discrepancies or errors in their evaluation. The Board of Intermediate Education encourages students to take advantage of these opportunities, ensuring that they have every chance to succeed.
