The Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) has announced the much awaited results for class 10th board exams today, May 17, 2025. This year, the overall pass percentage for HBSE class 10th has been recorded at 92.49%. A total of 2,71,499 candidates appeared for the Haryana matric examinations 2025 . Out of these, 2,51,110 have successfully passed the exams.
This year, four students have emerged as the state topper with 497 out of 500 marks in HBSE class 10th results. Students with rank 1 include Rohit from Hisar, Mahi from Ambala, Roma and Taniya from Jhajjar district. Girls have outperformed boys by taking a lead of 2.99 per cent. The overall pass percentage for female students has been recorded at 94.05%, while the pass rate for boys has been marked at 91.07%.

As per the released details, 20 students have been recorded in the top 3 merit list. Four have obtained the first rank, while six students have obtained the second rank. School wise performance in HBSE matric exams 2025In this examination, government schools recorded a pass percentage of 89.30%, while private schools performed better with a pass percentage of 96.28%. Among the students, those from rural areas achieved a pass percentage of 92.35%, compared to 92.83% for students from urban areas. In terms of district-wise performance, Rewari secured the top position in pass percentage, followed by Charkhi Dadri in second place, and Mahendragarh in third. Nuh district recorded the lowest pass percentage.
HBSE Class 10th Result Re-evaluation DatesCandidates who wish to have their answer sheets rechecked or re-evaluated based on the declared exam results can apply online by submitting the prescribed fee within 20 days from the result declaration date.
If students find any errors in their result — such as name spelling, incorrect marks, or missing subjects — they should contact their school authorities immediately. Students can also reach out to the HPBOSE helpline or visit the board’s regional office.
