Bound For Glory 2024: Joe Hendry Reminds Eminem of His Invitation—Will the Rap Legend Accept?

Send Push
TNA Wrestling star Joe Hendry has taken social media by storm with a bold request to rap icon Eminem . Ahead of his upcoming TNA World Championship match against Nic Nemeth at Bound For Glory on October 26th, Hendry has publicly invited the Detroit native to be in his corner.

Hendry reminded the Rap God singer about the invitation by posting a photo of himself standing at the famous Eight Mile W in Michigan. Accompanying the image, he wrote on Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter), "Is @eminem free this Saturday? 👏 👏"

Hendry's bold move is significant given that Bound For Glory 2024 will be held in Detroit. The pay-per-view event promises to be a thrilling spectacle, with the main event featuring Hendry battling Nemeth for the coveted TNA World Championship.

Earlier this month, Hendry took to social media to officially extend his invitation to Eminem. In a humorous nod to the rapper's iconic song My Name Is, Hendry parodied the lyrics, expressing his desire for Eminem's support.

He first posted, “Hey @Eminem. You are officially invited to be in my corner in Detroit at TNA BFG👏 👏 How many like does this need?”

Later, he posted a follow-up post writing, “Hi, my name is, what? My name is, who? My name is, Joe Hendry. Hi, my name is, My name is, what? My name is, Joe Hendry. Invitation extended 🤝”

While there has been no public response from Eminem at this time, Hendry's audacious request has generated significant buzz and excitement among fans. The possibility of Eminem appearing at Bound For Glory adds an extra layer of intrigue to the already highly anticipated event.

Additionally, to hype up the highly anticipated match, Hendry sat down with and was asked a provocative question: If he were to capture the World Title, would he extend an invitation to John Cena to join TNA?

“Let’s put it this way. If I can get my hands on the TNA World Championship, what kind of champion would I be if I didn’t invite John Cena to cross the line into TNA Wrestling. That’s just hypothetical.”

The annual Bound for Glory pay-per-view event will take place this Saturday, October 26, 2024, from Detroit, Michigan. This highly anticipated event is a staple in the professional wrestling calendar and promises to deliver thrilling matches and unforgettable moments for fans.
