WWE Superstar Roman Reigns has shared the secret behind his impressive physique. As an entertainer and professional wrestler, Roman has to be in shape pretty much all the time. While Reigns may not have huge muscles like John Cena and The Rock, he does have an aesthetically pleasing physique, and where he lacks in size he makes up for with definition.

Fans have been wondering about what Roman does to look the way he does, one even dropped a comment on his TikTok asking for tips on how to achieve his “build”. Quite unexpectedly, Reigns ended up replying to the fan. Let's take a look at what he had to say:

“You have to be miserable all the time until you get so used to it that you're not miserable anymore. This is what you gotta eat [Broccoli and Chicken]. There’s no secrets, there's no shortcuts. Eat fit, work hard, get in shape.”
