Biden 2.0 cover-up? Trump's 2-word rant aims to quash health rumors, but far-right ex-ally says 'something is going on'

Donald Trump ended a late-night tirade on Truth Social with two explosive words: “I’m alive.” But his attempt to put health rumors to rest has only ignited more speculation, especially among some of his former far-right allies.

Nick Fuentes , the extremist streamer once welcomed at Mar-a-Lago, accused the White House of running a “Biden 2.0 cover-up” over Trump’s health.

“There is obviously something going on with Trump that the White House is covering up,” Fuentes raged on X, suggesting the president’s recent silence and shaky public appearances mirror the secrecy around Joe Biden’s alleged decline.

The speculation follows a string of viral rumors: photos of Trump’s swollen ankles, visible bruises on his hands, and clips of him stumbling while walking. Conspiracy theories spread so far online last week that some MAGA supporters claimed Trump had secretly died.

Trump resurfaced Saturday with a golf outing, insisting he had “never felt better.”

But Fuentes, who split from Trump before the 2024 campaign—mocked the claims, saying the president is embarrassing himself. “Hey, f--- you, fat a--! You are a joke … a f---ing cornball,” he fumed in a livestream, holding up a MAGA hat and declaring he regretted ever supporting Trump.

The vitriol marks a sharp reversal for a onetime ally who dined with Trump and Kanye West in 2022. Since then, Fuentes has accused the MAGA machine of being hijacked by “consultants and donors” and ridiculed Trump’s refusal to address scandals like the Epstein files.

For Trump, 79, the optics are brutal. The leader of “America First” now leading the chorus of skeptics questioning. The White House has not commented on the health rumors.
