Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump got distracted mid-speech at a rally in Duluth , Georgia, on Wednesday. While showing the audience a chart on immigration figures , the former president humorously asked for it to be removed so he could see himself, saying, "I don't like my hair tonight."
Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris ' campaign page, 'Kamala Harris HQ,' shared a video of Trump on the social media platform X, calling him "lost" and "confused."
"A lost and confused Trump gets distracted mid-speech: ‘Oooooh. There it is. I was looking at me. I started looking at me and I'm looking... I do not like to wear—I don't like my hair tonight,’" Kamala Harris HQ posted.
In the video, while presenting a chart titled "Illegal Immigration into the US," Trump begins to look at himself on the screen. He then humorously asks for the chart to be removed, saying, "Drop that chart. Please drop it. Let’s see... ooooh. There it is. I was looking at me. I started looking at me and I'm looking." He went on to comment that he didn’t like his hair that day.
The former president’s humorous remarks were followed by laughter from the audience.
Former independent presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr also joined Trump at the rally. Trump introduced Kennedy as "the man who is going to help us get it all straightened out." During his brief remarks, Kennedy asked the crowd, "Don’t you want a president who’s going to get the corruption out of Washington, D C?"
Meanwhile, during a CNN town hall , Kamala Harris labeled Trump a " fascist ." When host Anderson Cooper asked, “Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?” Harris responded, “Yes, I do,” adding that those familiar with Trump should be trusted on this matter.
Harris referenced General John Kelly, Trump's former White House chief of staff, who revealed that Trump had shown admiration for Adolf Hitler’s generals, using this to support her claim about Trump's authoritarian tendencies. "Donald Trump wants unchecked power—power that will obey his orders, even when he tells them to break the law or abandon their oath to the Constitution," said Harris.
